Gerente de Inventario

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of hard parts inventory to ensure maximum efficiency
• Complete weekly cycle count matrices and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Scan and manage all product outflows within the store
• Promote and enforce workplace safety, including PPE compliance
• Review and maintain inventory accuracy and documentation
• Delegate and supervise inventory merchandising tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention
• Maintain center appearance and merchandising presentation standards
• Manage excess stock and ensure accurate allocation
• Sequence the parts area to accommodate new fast-moving goods (FOG)
• Ensure planograms are updated, labeled, and discrepancies are reported
• Collaborate with the General Manager on merchandise transfers
• Process Direct Store Delivery (DSD) merchandise and maintain records

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and retail operations
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail inventory management or automotive parts handling
• Familiarity with AutoZone systems and operating procedures
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead tasks and support team members
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and bilingual communication (Spanish and English)
