Gerente de Inovação Disruptiva & Plataforma VD

Responsibilities

• Lead the disruption of Direct Sales by transforming the traditional channel into a Human-to-Human (H2H) platform across LATAM.
• Design the new H2H platform architecture, connecting buyers and sellers through value streams like gamification, matchmaking, and AI agents.
• Structure and operate a continuous innovation funnel for high-uncertainty initiatives, including AI Copilots and Marketplaces.
• Define the long-term vision for Direct Sales, redesigning beauty consultancy roles and developing new incentive models.
• Establish innovation governance and rituals across Latin America, connecting the external ecosystem to internal operations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in managing digital platforms, marketplaces, or complex ecosystems.
• Mastery of end-to-end innovation methodologies (Discovery → MVP → Scale).
• Strong expertise in data, CRM, and the practical application of AI in a business context.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel models and customer journey mapping.
• Analytical capacity for managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work with an "ambidextrous mindset," balancing current performance with future transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with the Creator Economy, Social Commerce, or community management.
• Knowledge of gamified incentive models.
• Experience working within the Startup ecosystem or Corporate Venture Capital.
• Understanding of Gen Z behaviors and the influence economy.
