Gerente de Infraestructura

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Execution Leaders in development and operational areas to manage project requirements.
• Manage and follow up with third-party Project Managers assigned to service requirements approved by Banorte Government.
• Oversee infrastructure and provisioning projects assigned through the corporate PPM tool.
• Coordinate with architects during the feasibility and implementation stages of infrastructure solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to infrastructure within service provisioning projects.
• Lead project follow-up sessions and enable infrastructure integration within development projects.
• Manage budgets and utilize advanced Project and Office 365 skills for project administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, vendor management, and IT operations.
• Proficiency with traditional infrastructure: Linux/Windows servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backups, and Logical Security.
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure: Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), Kubernetes/OpenShift, Containers, IaC, and Observability.
• Understanding of IT management processes including Service Levels, Change Management, and Incident Management.
• Intermediate English proficiency (50%).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology.
• Experience in leadership and emotional intelligence within technical environments.
