Gerente de Gestión Financiera, Auditoría y Comunicación Tecnológica

Responsibilities

• Manage and control technology financial resources, including OPEX and CAPEX budget planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, regulatory requirements, and information requests.
• Coordinate financial processes such as reconciliation, invoicing, capitalization, and closing with the Group's Finance area.
• Oversee technological communication and information distribution across the organization and within the IT department.
• Implement and monitor document management processes and continuous improvement plans.
• Design and implement KPIs to track technology department performance.
• Lead and develop talent by establishing individual career plans and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in budget management (OPEX/CAPEX) and financial resource oversight.
• Strong knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, PMBOK, or similar.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Project Professional.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software engineering methodologies.
• Knowledge of stock market cycles and payment systems.
• Experience in project management, PMO, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certifications in international standards and maturity models (ISO 20000, ISO 27000, etc.).
• Experience in technology governance and capacity planning.
