Gerente de Experiencia de Proveedores Logísticos

Responsibilities

• Articulate with Product, IT, SRM, and Procurement to align priorities and ensure regional solutions translate into concrete improvements for logistics partners.
• Co-lead the regional agenda for contract and service acceptance platforms, defining requirements and prioritizing the roadmap.
• Design and drive initiatives regarding payment terms and advances to improve cash flow and reduce administrative friction for partners.
• Partner with Product and IT to develop automation solutions, such as automated billing closures and AI-driven case management.
• Act as the regional owner for identifying root causes of partner issues (billing, payments, service experience) using data and feedback.
• Define and document end-to-end processes to prevent structural gaps and reduce service claims.
• Ensure clear, impact-oriented communication regarding project progress, prioritization decisions, and expected results (CSAT, payment compliance).

Requirements

• Experience leading teams or workstreams in high-scale logistics or operational environments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end process design, from diagnosis and design to implementation and monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions (KPI definition, root cause analysis, and impact measurement).
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency for regional stakeholder management.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or fintech is highly valued.
