About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and communicate commercial and marketing strategies to the assigned team to achieve company sales objectives.
- Analyze management indicators and results, including DDD and Close-UP data.
- Manage the medical panel and ensure effective follow-up on marketing strategy implementation.
- Develop the work team through the construction and execution of professional development plans.
- Oversee the training, evaluation, control, and monitoring of territory performance indicators.
- Manage the team to ensure the fulfillment of corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Professional university degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading medical representative/visit teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to travel (approximately 15% of the time).
