About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and reduce problems and difficulties faced by transporters during their daily work
- Design and implement solutions and strategies to address identified problems, including route optimization and improvement of loading/unloading times
- Implement new technologies to facilitate transport operations
- Propose and coordinate improvements in support infrastructure such as rest stations, loading/unloading areas, and roadside service points
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and human resources teams to ensure the effectiveness of solutions
Requirements
- University degree (titulado)
- 2 to 3 years of work experience
- Availability for a mixed schedule
