Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and reduce difficulties faced by light transport carriers during their daily operations.
• Design and implement strategic solutions, including route optimization, improved loading/unloading times, and the integration of new technologies.
• Propose and coordinate improvements for support infrastructure, such as rest stations, loading areas, and roadside service points.
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and human resources teams to ensure all solutions are feasible and effective.

Requirements

• University degree (titulado).
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to work a mixed schedule (horario mixto).
