About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a group of agents to achieve business objectives aligned with company strategy
  • Coordinate and control the agent team to meet budget requirements
  • Manage risks and operational issues to mitigate impact on the section
  • Execute recruitment plans to ensure a full team of agents
  • Implement work plans to drive customer service, satisfaction, renewal, and retention
  • Supervise sales, collections, and advertising to ensure optimal process compliance
  • Control non-payments, improve quality, and prevent/detect fraud

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Titulado)
  • Experience in team coordination
  • Experience in personnel and time management
  • Experience achieving results through teamwork
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and personnel motivation
  • Knowledge of profit/revenue drivers and local market competition
