About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a group of agents to achieve business objectives aligned with company strategy
- Coordinate and control the agent team to meet budget requirements
- Manage risks and operational issues to mitigate impact on the section
- Execute recruitment plans to ensure a full team of agents
- Implement work plans to drive customer service, satisfaction, renewal, and retention
- Supervise sales, collections, and advertising to ensure optimal process compliance
- Control non-payments, improve quality, and prevent/detect fraud
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Titulado)
- Experience in team coordination
- Experience in personnel and time management
- Experience achieving results through teamwork
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and personnel motivation
- Knowledge of profit/revenue drivers and local market competition
