About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the fulfillment of goals and indicators for the assigned debt collection portfolio.
- Maximize portfolio recovery through the management of internal call centers and external collection agencies.
- Perform physical supervision and virtual work reviews of assigned collection agencies to validate management processes.
- Provide and support strategies, work lines, rules, procedures, and necessary training to achieve established goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external management regulations in accordance with the Collection Regulatory Framework.
- Implement projects, develop work plans, coordinate resources, and resolve issues arising during implementation.
- Validate and ensure the timely completion of administrative activities derived from collection management.
Requirements
- Professional degree with a verifiable title.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking sector and/or Credit Collection.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Multichannel Contact Centers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection management or multichannel contact center systems.
- Availability to travel monthly (once a month or every 15 days).
