Gerente de Clientes Preferente

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to high-value clients through a specialized preferential service model.
• Advise current and prospective clients on strategic investment management to build integral Banorte relationships.
• Capture new clients to increase the portfolio of deposits and credits.
• Conduct client visits to propose tailored solutions for their specific financial needs and requirements.
• Support other Banorte areas by accompanying them on visits to high-value prospects.
• Manage and follow up on special requests in coordination with the High-Value Client Service Directorate.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote hyper-personalized offers to increase product cross-selling within the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in commercial roles and high-value investment client service.
• Strong knowledge of investments and funds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English language proficiency (80%).

Preferred Qualifications

• AMIB Certification.
