Gerente de CDR

Responsibilities

• Plan and control all logistics operations within the Distribution Center (CDR), including merchandise reception, storage, order picking, packaging, and dispatch.
• Develop effective work structures to maximize productivity and reduce downtime through efficient resource and personnel allocation per shift.
• Control physical and systemic inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through cyclic inventories, audits, and random controls.
• Ensure inventory availability and timely delivery fulfillment.
• Optimize resources and ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

• University degree (Titulado).
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in logistics or distribution center management.
• Ability to work a mixed schedule.
