Gerente de AX (AI Experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI Experience (AX) automation projects from conception to implementation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization through technology
• Develop and implement solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and automation, such as bots, voice AI, and digital workflows
• Collaborate with local and global teams (LATAM / HQ) to drive digital transformation
• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and strategic deliveries
• Prepare executive-level presentations (C-level) featuring insights, results, and action plans
• Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency goals and customer experience targets are met
• Promote a culture of innovation and digital transformation within the organization

Requirements

• Fluent English for constant interaction with global teams
• Advanced experience in project management using agile or traditional methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint for executive presentations
• Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., automation, chatbots, advanced analytics)
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center projects
• Knowledge of process automation technologies such as RPA, BPM, or digital platforms
• Experience working in multinational environments or managing regional (LATAM) projects
• Analytical profile with a strong orientation toward data and results
