Responsibilities

• Manage and develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Determine current staffing needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Supervise hiring staff and manage personnel within the department.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist in employee retention and development initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs to create reports and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• University degree (titulado) in Psychology or Administration.
• 5 or more years of professional experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Proven experience in personnel management.
