About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial teams across various zones to achieve productivity and market preference goals for L'BEL, ésika, and Cyzone brands.
- Manage different zones based on business needs, performing tactical planning per campaign to reach established objectives.
- Lead, develop, and train the assigned team members.
- Maintain high levels of energy, motivation, team spirit, and commitment.
- Execute field-based management to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Completed university studies.
- Proven experience leading commercial teams.
- Experience in sales forecasting, setting goals, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Full availability for 100% field-based work.
- Availability to travel for periods of up to 15 days.
