Gerente de Aplicativos de RH

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational continuity, availability, and stability of HR applications.
• Resolve incidents efficiently by prioritizing business impact and meeting established SLAs.
• Provide excellent user support by translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage internal processes including incidents, requirements, problems, and changes following ITIL methodologies.
• Drive continuous service improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing automations.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Administer and optimize recruitment platforms, ensuring data quality and generating operational dashboards.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in operational application support.
• Proven experience in Help Desk (N1/N2) and managing incidents and requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Availability to travel as required.
