About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operational continuity, availability, and stability of HR applications.
- Resolve incidents efficiently by prioritizing based on business impact and meeting established SLAs.
- Provide excellent user support by translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage internal processes including incidents, requirements, problems, and changes.
- Drive continuous service improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing automations.
- Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Optimize the use of ServiceNow for ticket management, data quality, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or Systems Development.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in operational application support.
- Proven experience in Help Desk (N1/N2) and enterprise application support.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL methodologies.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
- Availability to travel if required.
