Gerente Comercial H&B

Responsibilities

• Lead new business generation (new logos) for the Health & Benefits portfolio in Colombia
• Develop new market segments, industries, and strategic accounts aligned with business growth strategies
• Manage the commercial pipeline and forecasting with discipline, focusing on KPIs and effective closing
• Conduct complex B2B consultative sales processes using market insights and proprietary WTW studies
• Activate the WTW ecosystem, including insurers, technical teams, and wellbeing specialists, to build integrated solutions
• Position WTW as a strategic partner through high-level relationship management with key decision-makers
• Ensure commercial excellence through proper use of CRM Dynamics and strict compliance with company standards

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of senior experience in B2B consultative sales and business development
• Proven track record in market opening and closing new clients within the insurance sector or complex B2B services
• Technical knowledge in personal lines, including health, life, funeral, and/or corporate benefits
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM tools and a structured approach to commercial discipline
• Intermediate to advanced English skills for regional interaction
