Responsibilities

• Design and implement annual sales budget strategic plans to define business unit income.
• Manage economic and technical proposals aligned with business operations to secure new business assignments.
• Strengthen commercial relationships with clients to ensure portfolio conservation and long-term profitability.
• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to validate business development and growth.
• Prospect new business opportunities within the broker and government sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Titulado) in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance sector with multi-line knowledge (Life, GMM, Auto, and Damage).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, finance, and administrative management (planning, management, and control).
• Demonstrated experience in client negotiation, business prospecting, and sales strategy implementation.
• Skills in project management, problem-solving, and business analysis.
