Responsibilities

• Coordinate the formalization of foreign trade operations, including letters of credit, standbys, guarantees, counter-guarantees, documentary collections, and foreign trade financing.
• Ensure correct structuring, analysis, and follow-up of requests in accordance with international rules such as UCP 600, ISP 98, URDG 758, and Incoterms 2020.
• Manage the accurate completion of contracts, applications, and documentation to optimize contracting times and avoid reprocessing.
• Advise internal and external clients on the characteristics, policies, and procedures of foreign trade products.
• Administer foreign trade client portfolios to provide effective after-sales service and support long-term development.
• Oversee the end-to-end operation process, from formalization and operation to release and notification.
• Coordinate the monitoring of issuances, payments, commissions, and settlements during the term of the operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in Foreign Trade, Trade Finance, International Factoring, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Strong knowledge of international regulations including UCP 600, ISP 98, URDG 758, and Incoterms 2020.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to travel.
