Responsibilities

• Ensure operational and administrative efficiency of the Regional Office by supervising processes and controlling budgets.
• Provide timely and reliable information regarding the Regional client portfolio through report consolidation and control.
• Manage, control, and track client portfolios per Executive, including maintenance, assignment, and transfers.
• Safeguard credit operation documentation and follow up on credit release letters for liquidated loans.
• Control and manage payments to regional service providers.
• Monitor executive progress regarding annual reviews, regulatory documents, and credit follow-up conditions.
• Provide training to executives on the bank's designated portfolio management platform.
• Manage credit operations for the Regional Portfolio, including disbursements, payments, maturities, and contract registration.
• Coordinate human and material resources to ensure optimal module functioning.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative areas within the banking sector (corporate or commercial banking).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic English language skills.
