Responsibilities
- Design and implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure the smooth operation of plaza offices and stores
- Guarantee the correct use and administration of assigned assets, values, and resources
- Analyze, prioritize, and deploy optimization initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence regarding expenses, maintenance, general services, supply, and government procedures
- Manage negotiations with providers, landlords, and authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Proven experience working within the retail sector
- Experience in budget management, service contracts, and payment management
