Responsibilities

  • Design and implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure the smooth operation of plaza offices and stores
  • Guarantee the correct use and administration of assigned assets, values, and resources
  • Analyze, prioritize, and deploy optimization initiatives
  • Ensure operational excellence regarding expenses, maintenance, general services, supply, and government procedures
  • Manage negotiations with providers, landlords, and authorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
  • Proven experience working within the retail sector
  • Experience in budget management, service contracts, and payment management
