About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of inventories through the implementation and monitoring of operational and administrative controls.
- Manage and reduce shrinkage (mermas), theft, and inventory shortages.
- Perform physical vs. theoretical inventory reconciliations.
- Analyze strategic information and generate executive reports to support timely decision-making.
- Implement and improve administrative controls to ensure business profitability and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Titulado).
- Proven experience in inventory management and general accounting.
- Experience in auditing and following up on operational controls.
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong skills in data analysis, big data development, and executive reporting.
- Experience in team management.
