About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise field sales activities through follow-up formats, control processes, and feedback sessions to ensure correct execution.
  • Analyze customer and market data using internal systems and Nielsen ISCAM to design and propose effective strategies.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, communicating them effectively to ensure implementation and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Design and implement process improvement and efficiency projects using company resources and programs (PAI).

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience in sales or related roles.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (LAE, LEM, LEC, IIS, IMA).
  • Advanced negotiation skills within the Commerce/Sales channel.
