Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategies to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual goals.
- Manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Supervise point-of-sale execution, ensuring product availability, proper display, promotions, and pricing.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with key strategic customers to drive growth and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
- Administer and monitor budget and resources to ensure efficient investment.
- Implement commercial innovation initiatives based on market analysis to improve competitiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- Completed Engineering degree (Master's degree is desirable).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proven knowledge in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Strong skills in negotiation and customer management.
- Expertise in point-of-sale execution.
