About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technological transformation of Human Resources by implementing end-to-end solutions from requirement definition to stabilization.
  • Manage and maintain key HR platforms, specifically SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring continuous improvement and technical updates.
  • Act as a Project Leader or PMO for the configuration and implementation of new HR technology initiatives.
  • Provide production support by investigating and resolving system errors, workflow issues, and technical bugs.
  • Design, maintain, and secure a variety of HR reports based on client requirements.
  • Train internal HR customers on new processes, functionalities, and system tools through user guides and documentation.
  • Identify and recommend innovative technological improvements to automate HR processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Administration Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience leading end-to-end HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) implementations.
  • Proven experience as a Project Leader or PMO in HR technology initiatives, including solution evaluation and selection.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms.
  • Experience managing HR systems operations and technical support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced English language skills.
