Geotechnical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, operational, management, and administrative activities of assigned projects
• Supervise personnel assigned to projects
• Review and approve all project reports for quality and content
• Write or assist in the writing of complex technical reports
• Approve proposals, project work scopes, and budgets
• Maintain client relationships and monitor project invoicing
• Manage contract change orders and work scope changes with clients
• Ensure compliance with the company quality system requirements
• Support marketing and direct marketing programs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or higher in civil or geotechnical engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• Sound and diversified experience with fundamental engineering or scientific principles
• Ability to make independent decisions on project problems and methods
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle
• Physical ability to perform technician duties in training or production mode
