About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide project support during the proposal and bid phases by completing engineering analyses for cost-effective design solutions.
- Work on design-build and EPC projects, including developing design recommendations and producing technical deliverables.
- Perform and oversee subsurface investigations, field testing, and construction oversight.
- Produce engineering reports, technical drawings, and detailed calculation packages.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of post-graduate geotechnical engineering experience.
- Passed the FE/EIT examination in the United States.
- Strong academic knowledge of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, groundwater hydrology, and geotechnical design.
- Ability to travel to project sites and the physical ability to access construction sites in various climates and environmental conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field.
- GPA above 3.0.
- Experience with deep or shallow foundations, slope stability, seismic engineering, or retaining wall design.
