About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate appropriate and cost-effective foundation support systems and bearing capacity for shallow and deep foundations
  • Perform geotechnical studies including subsurface investigations and soil/foundation engineering
  • Conduct pile analysis and design, retaining wall assessment, and bridge structure evaluation
  • Perform settlement analysis, lateral earth pressure calculations, and slope stability studies
  • Execute forensic engineering and site investigations
  • Write technical reports and provide geotechnical engineering support during construction phases

Requirements

  • At least six years of full-time experience in construction management on capital projects
  • Minimum eighteen months of experience in a managerial or consultative capacity
  • Possession of a valid New York State Motor Vehicle Driver License
  • Must meet specific Civil Service criteria for Administrative Construction Project Manager title
  • Authorization to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
