Geotechnical, Bridge, Water & Transportation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions within your specific discipline
• Work collaboratively across regional and national teams to support project goals
• Contribute to design, site investigations, and end-to-end project delivery
• Prepare technical documentation and provide support for construction monitoring
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and associated risks
• Mentor junior engineers and support the ongoing development of the team
• Champion health, safety, and wellbeing standards across all projects

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Geotechnical, Bridge, Water, or Transportation engineering
• Proven background working within a consulting environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative, proactive, and client-focused mindset
• Full driver's licence

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a Washington Accord accredited institution
• Experience working on community-focused infrastructure projects
