Requirements
- University bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, or a related field
- At least 10 years of work experience in GIS
- Focus on infrastructure and utility projects
Responsibilities
- Proficient in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or other scripting languages
- In-depth knowledge of spatial databases, data modeling, and geospatial analytics
- Designing and implementing GIS spatial data models for utility network management
- Application of spatial data standards such as OCG, INSPIRE, ISO 19115, ISO 19139, CEN/TC 287, SDI, and National Map Standards
