Responsibilities
- Develop and productize novel computational geometry handling and meshing approaches for physics simulation and Physics AI workflows
- Drive organizational initiatives by solving technical challenges related to geometry ingestion and mesh generation
- Contribute to the long-term vision for geometry and meshing technology
- Identify and resolve technical risks and provide guidance on roadmapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer-centric problem solving
- Balance research innovation with practical implementation
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Computational Physics, Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of software development experience post-PhD in computational geometry or meshing
- Deep expertise in computational geometry and 3D complex geometry from industry-grade applications
- Strong experience in production-level C++ (C++17 or later)
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with enterprise-level software development and testing practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with parallel programming via OMP, MPI, or CUDA
- Ability to work directly with customers to deliver successful outcomes
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
