Geometry Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Update quality tracking files based on measurements
• Analyze measurement data to identify potential drifts and deviations
• Perform statistical analyses for production issues
• Lead problem-solving processes using 8D methodology
• Monitor corrective and preventive action plans
• Report on measurements and provide improvement recommendations
• Conduct field monitoring of tests and associated validations
• Participate in project steering meetings and continuous improvement actions
• Develop presentation materials and update performance indicators

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering or University
• Significant experience in similar roles, ideally in transport (automotive, rail, or aerospace)
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
• Mastery of problem-solving methods (8D, QRQC, PDCA, etc.)
• Strong understanding of quality processes and statistical process control tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret geometric measurement results
• Knowledge of industrial production environments and aerospace quality requirements
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
• Professional level of English
