Responsibilities

• Pilot factory impacts related to product industrialization (geometry, perceived quality, mountability, product/process performance)
• Ensure geometric convergence of the finished vehicle during the industrialization phase
• Monitor and reduce factory rework times
• Manage and update the 1DTCM measurement file (geometric monitoring plan)
• Organize and lead geometric measurement campaigns and track statistical indicators
• Participate in and lead geometry project meetings (geometric reviews, vehicle convergence, technical committees)
• Manage the measurement ring zone and geometric control means in the factory
• Provide expertise in vehicle geometry within a bodywork/assembly factory environment

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automotive, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in vehicle geometry/industrialization or automotive industry (bodywork/assembly environment)
• Proficiency in geometric management and analysis tools (GEOM, NewPDM, RVT, PROMPT, LUP)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle geometry and tolerance chains
• Experience in assembly methods and industrialization processes
• Experience in measurement campaign management and statistical analysis
• Professional proficiency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 1DTCM type geometric monitoring plans
• Ability to lead transverse technical subjects
