Responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction cycle for industrial facilities, overseeing site progress, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Control site expenses and manage budgets, reporting any variations to management.
• Prepare metric estimates, manage site accounting, and prepare documentation for work progress reports (SAL).
• Coordinate internal and external operational teams, including subcontractors and specialized workers.
• Ensure the integration of civil works with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Manage multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met across all projects.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) to maintain a safe working environment.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, works management, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in similar roles within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, electrical and mechanical systems, and industry regulations.
• Proven experience in site coordination across all disciplines and managing multiple projects at once.
• Experience managing work crews and subcontracting companies.
• Proficiency in preparing metric estimates and managing site accounting.
• Skilled in using construction management software, specifically Excel and AutoCAD 2D (MS Project is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
