About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage GIS, MMS, remote sensing, and surveying tasks
- Utilize geomatics software including ArcGIS, QGIS, and AutoCAD
- Perform geospatial data management and analysis
- Operate GPS equipment and execute field survey techniques
- Conduct data visualization and map creation
- Manage geospatial database development
- Provide technical support and training to team members
- Assist in project planning and proposal development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Geospatial Science, Surveying, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional work experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS programs
- Experience with hand surveying tools and electronic surveying equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in Arabic
- English language proficiency is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
- Knowledge of advanced geomatics technology advancements
