GEOINT Ground Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Help the customer transition to acquisitions leveraging Agile principles and SAFe methodologies
• Develop Agile evolution guidance and training for large organizations
• Incorporate Agile processes into the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP)
• Serve in a Product Owner capacity maintaining capability roadmaps
• Decompose system requirements into Mission Capability Statements (MCSs)
• Translate MCSs into solution epics and features
• Lead readiness and release planning events for ground milestones
• Support agile test and DevOps verification strategies
• Facilitate risk and action closure with Acquisition Offices and users

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• 10-12 years experience with BS/BA, 8-10 years with MS/MA, or 5-7 years with PhD
• Extensive knowledge and execution of SAFe Agile methodology
• 4+ years leading Agile initiatives for systems engineering processes
• Expertise in establishing technical mission capability statements and solution epics
• Experience creating capability roadmaps and schedules traced to Agile Epics
• Experience as an Agile product owner prioritizing developer backlogs
• Knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, or Multi-INT domains and ground architecture
