Geocycle Site Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant platform systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor process parameters, record downtime events, and optimize feed rates to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and manage Alternative Fuel (AF) blends, including RDF, Biomass, and TDF, for co-processing operations.
• Oversee stockpile aeration, temperature monitoring, and the organization of materials within storage areas.
• Supervise shredding line operations and monitor the biomass screening system for reliability.
• Adhere to all health and safety legislation, enforce safety standards, and manage PPE stocks.
• Collect and analyze operational data to prepare accurate daily performance and activity records.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement Risk Assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in production operations.
• Strong knowledge of digital panels and control units for RDF preprocessing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in the English language.
