Geocycle Maintenance Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of the Geocycle platform.
• Monitor equipment performance, diagnose faults, and implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the timely availability of critical components.
• Oversee maintenance for the biomass screening system and shredding line to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment downtime and implement improvement initiatives.
• Enforce strict health and safety standards, including the use of PPE, inspection of mobile equipment, and management of fire detection and prevention systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records, including daily logs and performance data.
• Collaborate with operations teams to maximize equipment reliability and achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of digital panels and control units related to RDF preprocessing.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of production operations and maintenance standards.
