Genesys Cloud Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate design requirements into application solutions following team standards and best practices
• Lead and provide technical mentoring to CCaaS developers and quality analysts
• Perform core PureCloud handler development and maintenance
• Monitor and respond to system errors and participate in the on-call rotation
• Handle TAC/Engineering escalations as directed by leadership
• Conduct application testing for functionality, reliability, and stabilization
• Deploy and implement applications for clients while maintaining existing systems
• Communicate with project managers and clients to identify and manage application requirements
• Participate in candidate interviewing and making hiring recommendations
• Establish and execute ongoing technical training and growth plans for personnel

Requirements

• Proven experience in Genesys Cloud/PureCloud architecture and development
• Ability to translate complex design requirements into functional application solutions
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers
• Strong understanding of system hardware and software to identify and remedy problems
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects within budget and timelines
• Professionalism in representing the company to customers and vendors
