Genesis Trainer

Responsibilities

• Support hospitals in implementing, optimizing, and sustaining robotic surgery programs
• Deliver hands-on training and clinical education to surgical teams and healthcare professionals
• Partner with Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSD) and clinical stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and clinical excellence
• Manage new system launches and provide ongoing technical and process support

Requirements

• Experience in CSSD, perioperative services, clinical education, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of instrument reprocessing, sterilisation practices, and quality standards
• Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or education to healthcare professionals
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., Sterilisation Services, Nursing, or related discipline)
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery or advanced surgical technologies
• Experience in quality improvement, auditing, or healthcare process optimisation
