Genesis Trainer (Clinical & Reprocessing Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Support hospitals in implementing, optimizing, and sustaining robotic surgery programs
• Deliver hands-on clinical training and coaching to surgical teams and healthcare professionals
• Partner with Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSD) to ensure effective instrument reprocessing
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical efficiency and safety
• Manage relationships with clinical stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Support new system launches and technology integration within hospital environments

Requirements

• Experience in CSSD, perioperative services, clinical education, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of instrument reprocessing, sterilization practices, and quality standards
• Proven experience delivering training or education to healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently across a diverse territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., Sterilisation Services, Nursing, or related discipline)
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery or advanced surgical technologies
• Experience in quality improvement, auditing, or healthcare process optimization
