Generative BI & Insight Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and optimize Generative BI and insight solutions for large-scale clients
• Interpret complex user requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Monitor solution performance and implement continuous improvements
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, BI, and conversational analytics
• Evangelize solutions through demos, thought leadership, and internal/external education
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business goals
• Manage cross-functional teams and proactively mitigate risks related to AI and management

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of semantic layer design and optimization (e.g., LookML, dbt)
• Hands-on experience integrating and fine-tuning LLMs for conversational analytics
• Exposure to cloud ecosystems including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics, digital analytics, and customer service metrics (CSAT, churn, etc.)
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
• Strong understanding of data integration processes, APIs, and database management
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive adoption of innovative technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically within conversational analytics or BI environments
• Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact
