Generative AI/Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, code, orchestrate, and test scalable GenAI services, chatbots, and autonomous agents
• Deploy and maintain LLM infrastructures in secure on-premise environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and implement MCP tools for secure interfaces
• Ensure developments comply with strict security guidelines
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for internal users
• Participate in the technical roadmap through proofs-of-concept for new AI use cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, or a similar field
• Proven experience in developing LLM applications, chatbots, and agents
• Experience with RAG architectures and MCP
• Proficiency in Python and inference frameworks like vLLM or SGLang
• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or Chroma
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in on-premise environments
• Business fluent German and proficient English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with logging and monitoring stacks in server environments
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity for AI systems
• Experience with AI agents like Claude Code or OpenCode
• Familiarity with Git branching strategies and code reviews
