Generative AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of generative AI projects from design to deployment
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Facilitate Agile (Scrum) rituals for a team of 10 people
• Write complete specifications for AI projects and manage deliverables
• Supervise acceptance phases and ensure quality control
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists and engineers
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects
• Monitor latest developments in generative AI and integrate advancements
• Ensure compliance with AI ethical guidelines and data protection regulations
• Present project updates and results to management and stakeholders
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree (BAC+4/+5)
• Proven experience in project management
• Deep understanding of AI concepts, specifically Generative AI, RAG, and agent systems
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent writing skills for creating clear specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
