Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of outcomes within your specific area of expertise
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Collaborate tightly with the founding team to scale the business and product
• Ship impactful work weekly and iterate quickly

Requirements

• High ownership mentality (founder or early employee experience preferred)
• Deep expertise in a relevant field such as finance, engineering, AI/LLM development, product, sales, operations, or growth
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Scrappy and resourceful approach to problem-solving
