Generalist HR

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to all salaried and hourly employees and management through effective communication and administration.
• Oversee recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and workforce realignments.
• Execute HR service delivery including training programs, candidate profiling, and compensation administration.
• Drive performance and talent management by utilizing management systems and providing counsel to leadership.
• Manage employee and labor relations by maintaining "win-win" relationships and conducting investigations when required.
• Support employee engagement and factory safety initiatives to improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (e.g., Business, Organizational Communication, Industrial Psychology).
• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing plant, distribution center, sales, or DSD environment.
• Proven experience in change management, specifically implementing change projects within a non-corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of basic HR laws, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
• Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG).
• Ability to work off-shifts and extended hours as needed to support the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting mediation, arbitration, or grievance processes.
