General/CT Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT examinations with precision and care
• Ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients for examinations
• Operate CT equipment in line with clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Adhere to all safety and quality assurance procedures

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
• Significant experience in General X-Ray and CT imaging
• Experience at Band 6 level
• Strong understanding of CT protocols and radiation safety
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work long shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cardiac CT
• Experience in Interventional radiology
