General Worker

Responsibilities

• Unload cases from trailers and track empty cases using SQF logs
• Pull empty and full milk cases stacked up to 6 high (up to 240 lbs.)
• Inspect, red tag, and move damaged equipment including cases and carts
• Wash trailers, trucks, and bossie carts after unloading
• Maintain case feed lines and case washers to avoid production interruptions
• Perform sanitation of case washer per SQF guidelines
• Dispose of returned or rejected products into appropriate containers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to move at a quick pace and multitask
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Basic math skills and ability to identify colors
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift/carry moderate to heavy weights (up to 60 lbs.)
• Ability to work in temperature variations from 34 to 85+ degrees Fahrenheit
• Availability for required overtime
