General Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including band saws, overhead cranes, and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Support deburring operations to ensure high-quality product finishes
• Assist with basic CNC machine operations to provide flexible production support
• Follow technical drawings and work instructions precisely to meet quality specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using Lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and quality protocols, including correct PPE usage
• Monitor production processes and immediately report any quality deviations

Requirements

• Matric certificate with strong mathematics skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in operating band saws
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes and 5S workplace organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an overhead crane license
• Possession of a forklift license
• Basic knowledge of CNC operations
